WC Uploading Requirements

My first upload

Hi all. I'm nearly ready to try and upload for the first time(other than a screen shot). It maybe posted somewhere already but, if someone wouldn't mind, can you please tell me exactly what I need to have ready to do a widget upload. My widget is almost finished. So, what kind of preview thumb do I need to provide? What size and format? Do I need to provide two different sized previews thumbs? Thanks in advance.

Just one preview needed, full sized, site will scale it for the thumb nail view.
